the mission

Our dream is to have you, the customer, hold businesses to the same standard we hold for oursleves: putting back more than we take. Total transparency with waste produced and energy consumed is step number one. Number two is challenging our competitors to put out the same quality with less of a footprint than we do.

Ecology is the heart of the cart. Designed to use less power and be powered by solar. Plus, we compost all that we can, reducing how much waste we produce. Rising Star also sources organic ingredients and biodegradable utensils, so you can feel good about every and any cup you get from us.

The barista

Our head barista Austin has a love for the art and science that is brewing. Coffee and beer run through his veins and is what fuels his work. Feel free to drop him a line; he loves what he does and who his customers are.
